Front Nine Threads

The fine print

Accessibility

Last updated 29 October 2026

We want everyone to be able to browse and buy from Front Nine Threads. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and we test the site with automated checks, keyboard-only use and screen sizes from small foldable phones to large monitors.

What we’ve done

  • Text and controls meet color-contrast requirements, and text can be enlarged to 200% without loss of content.
  • Everything works with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus outline and a “Skip to content” link.
  • Photos have written descriptions; decorative illustrations, such as the course map, are hidden from screen readers and the same information is available as text.
  • Every piece’s measurements are given as text and in a table, not only in a drawing.
  • The site respects “reduce motion” and high-contrast settings.

Known limitations

Checkout is provided by Stripe, whose pages follow their own accessibility standards. Some older photographs may have shorter descriptions than we’d like; we’re improving them as we go.

Need help?

If anything on the site is hard to use, or you’d like a piece described in more detail or measured another way, email hello@frontninethreads.com. We’re happy to take your order by email too, and we aim to reply within two business days.
