Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Front Nine Threads (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them. If anything is unclear, email hello@frontninethreads.com before you buy.

What we sell

Every item is pre-owned (unless described as deadstock) and one of a kind. We describe, measure and photograph each piece carefully and note any flaws we find, but vintage clothing has been worn and washed before and may show minor signs of age. Measurements are taken by hand with the garment laid flat and may vary by up to half an inch. Colors can look different on different screens.

Authenticity and brand names

We sell genuine pre-owned branded apparel. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any brand we sell, or by any golfer or tournament. Brand names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to describe the items accurately.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any applicable sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive a receipt.
• If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, or sells elsewhere at the same moment, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Holds during checkout

When you start checkout, the item is held for you for up to 30 minutes so nobody else can buy it at the same time. If checkout isn’t completed, the hold ends and the item becomes available again.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping costs, delivery times, return windows (including our extended holiday returns) and refunds are set out in our Shipping & returns policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk of loss passes to you when the item is delivered. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.

Using this website

The photographs, illustrations, descriptions and design of this site are ours. You’re welcome to share links to them, but please don’t copy them for commercial use without permission. Don’t misuse the site — for example by trying to disrupt it or access it in ways it isn’t intended to be used.

Our responsibility

We’ll do our best to describe every item accurately and keep the site running. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This doesn’t affect liability that can’t be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. We’d always rather sort out a problem directly — just email us.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
